Sri Lankan deaths in Banani fire
A young Sri Lankan named Niras Dignanera died after falling down from the fire to live in the building. At around 12.30 pm on Thursday (March 28th), fire at eight and nine-lane in the capital's Banani FT Tower. Many people are trapped in the building. Many people stayed on the roof of the building to live. Many jumped from the building and were seriously injured.
General Manager (GM) of Scan Oil Logistics Pvt Ltd After the fire, he fell ill with smoke while leaving. Later, he was rescued and taken to the hospital.The fire originated from electric short circuits.
Navy's three helicopters went to the spot in the fire. Some units of Navy and Air Force have already joined the fire service in the fire after the devastating fire. Later, a unit of the army joined the rescue work.
